What happens when Membership expires?
When Membership expires, your account will return to Free status and no longer have access to resources included with Membership.
What is the download limit for each plan?
See the “Download limit” row in the comparison. Counts and unlimited status come directly from the current plan configuration.
How does the annual course benefit work?
The course offer applies only when you subscribe to a 1-year Membership. You can choose 20 courses from a total of 50 selected courses in design, video editing and creative thinking, including courses in Vietnamese and English.
Can I upgrade or renew?
You can upgrade or renew at any time, but you cannot downgrade before the current plan expires. When you upgrade, the remaining quota from the old plan is not carried over and the system applies the new plan quota.
How soon is Membership activated after payment?
All payment transactions are activated automatically. If your Membership is still not active after 5 minutes, please contact support via Zalo, Telegram or email.
How long are claimed resources kept?
Granted resources are kept permanently. If you lose access to any resource included with Membership, please contact an admin for assistance as soon as possible.
