1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EditBox, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the digital no-refund policy applicable to your transaction. If you use EditBox for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials, email, devices, and linked accounts. Notify EditBox if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate others, transfer an account, evade limits, or use multiple accounts to abuse an offer.
3. Digital delivery
Digital content is delivered when access is granted, an entitlement is provisioned, a download link or token is issued, Membership or course access is activated, or a service is delivered or provisioned under the order. EditBox may use your account email, status page, order history, Drive permission, or download link to complete delivery.
Delivery may depend on payment verification, account status, and storage-provider limits. If a link is broken or delivery is incomplete, contact support so EditBox can investigate and remediate within a reasonable scope.
4. Access and license scope
Download or access rights are personal, limited, and non-transferable unless the Product page or a specific license says otherwise. You may use a resource only within the license and disclosures published for that Product. EditBox does not transfer intellectual-property ownership beyond the described scope.
5. No resale, sharing, or redistribution
You may not resell, re-upload, distribute, rent, share an account, link, Drive permission, archive, password, or EditBox content with others. You may not create a repository, mirror, or competing download service from the resources unless a specific license clearly permits it.
6. Membership
Membership provides access for the published term, plan, and limits. Access depends on successful payment, account status, and resource availability. When Membership expires or is validly terminated, member access may end while transaction history that must be retained remains available.
7. Courses
Course access is granted according to the course, account, and term shown on the page or order. You may not copy, rebroadcast, share lessons, materials, an account, or course access beyond the scope granted to you.
8. Services
The service page or order describes the scope, term, inputs, outputs, and delivery conditions. You must provide lawful, accurate, and sufficient inputs for the service. A service is considered provisioned or delivered when the corresponding output, access, or completion status is provided.
9. Pricing and payment
Check the Product, plan, amount, currency, method, and reference before paying. A transaction is recorded according to the status verified by EditBox and the payment provider. Coupons and promotions have their own validity, scope, and conditions; EditBox does not guarantee that an offer remains available outside its published conditions.
10. Digital goods no-refund policy
After access is granted, a download link or token is issued, an entitlement is provisioned, Membership or course access is activated, a service is delivered or provisioned, or content is accessed or downloaded, EditBox does not refund a change of mind, an accidental purchase caused by not reviewing disclosed information, no longer needing the item, failure to use it after purchase, or a buyer compatibility issue where compatibility was clearly disclosed.
Exceptions may apply to duplicate payment, EditBox being unable to deliver after reasonable remediation, the wrong Product or service being delivered by EditBox, mandatory law, a decision by PayPal, a card issuer, bank, or competent authority, or explicit Admin approval. Completed balance top-ups are non-refundable unless one of those exceptions or applicable law requires otherwise.
This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights. Except where required by applicable law or where a payment provider, card issuer, bank, or competent authority determines otherwise, valid delivery or access does not create an automatic refund right.
11. Duplicate, failed, or undelivered payment
If a payment is duplicated, failed, mismatched, or paid but not delivered, contact support with the order ID, time, amount, currency, and appropriate transaction evidence. EditBox will reconcile and remediate within a reasonable scope; a request does not automatically result in a refund before review is complete.
12. PayPal, card disputes, and chargebacks
Where remediation is possible, the buyer should contact EditBox support first so delivery, access, or a payment error can be reviewed. Opening a PayPal dispute, card dispute, or chargeback does not automatically prove non-delivery or an EditBox violation.
EditBox may provide lawful evidence to PayPal, a payment provider, bank, card issuer, or competent authority, including transaction data, payment status, legal acceptance, entitlement, access, and delivery history. After investigation, a fraudulent or abusive chargeback may lead to account restriction to the extent permitted by law. This remains subject to applicable law and the decision process of the dispute handler.
13. Delivery evidence
For operations, support, and dispute response, EditBox may retain the order ID, provider, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment time, status, Product or service, entitlement or delivery time, access or download time, account, email where available, relevant IP or IP hash, and user agent. EditBox does not store passwords, OAuth tokens, payment secrets, or raw delivery tokens in displayed evidence.
14. Buyer compatibility responsibility
Read the resource type, software, version, format, operating system, size, and technical requirements before purchase. When compatibility information was clearly disclosed by EditBox, a buyer device or workflow that does not meet that information does not automatically create a refund right.
15. Broken-link remediation
If a link, Drive permission, or download token does not work, send the order ID and error description through support. After verifying the account and transaction, EditBox may restore permission, replace a link, or provide access instructions. Remediation does not expand the license or create copies beyond the purchased right.
16. Third-party intellectual property
Resources may be supplied by a creator, vendor, or other third party and may have a separate license. You must follow the applicable owner’s license, attribution, usage limits, and commercial conditions. EditBox access should not be understood as a transfer of all intellectual-property rights.
17. Fraud and abuse
Do not use an unauthorized payment method, falsify evidence, exploit a defect, automate harmful activity, share access without permission, distribute malware, evade limits, manipulate a chargeback, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. EditBox may retain safe evidence, request verification, and restrict an account after review.
18. Maintenance and availability
EditBox may maintain, update, limit, or temporarily suspend part of the service, storage, or integrations for security, fixes, or provider requirements. EditBox will seek reasonable restoration but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EditBox is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or interruption arising from events beyond reasonable control, third-party platform failures, or misuse of resources. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service and content are provided as available and as described; EditBox does not warrant that every resource suits every workflow, device, or purpose not stated. Mandatory legal rights and warranties remain unaffected.
21. Terms changes
EditBox may update these terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The version, update date, and new text are posted on this page. For a new transaction, the version accepted at checkout is stored with that transaction; continued use after a new version takes effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
22. Termination
EditBox may limit, suspend, or terminate an account, Membership, or access for a violation, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions concerning payment, license, intellectual property, evidence, liability limits, and disputes continue where applicable.
23. Applicable law and disputes
Disputes should first be sent to EditBox for support and remediation. The parties will use the law and dispute process applicable to the transaction and to any mandatory protections available where the user is located. Nothing waives a complaint, chargeback, or procedural right that law does not permit a party to waive.
24. Contact
For help with delivery, access, payment, compatibility, or these terms, contact EditBox through the support email or support channel published on the Website. When contacting us about a transaction, send only what is necessary; do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment secrets, or raw download tokens.
