Tropic Colour - Film Mattes Vol 2 is Tropic Colour's Split Screen Film Mattes Vol. 2 collection, featuring 80 mattes in 8K resolution created from real 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm film negatives. The assets are designed for split-screen compositions, multi-shot layouts, and analog-inspired framing.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 80 film mattes
• 8K resolution
• PNG files
• Transparent alpha
• Created from real 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm film negatives
• Multiple shapes and split-screen layouts

KEY FEATURES
The mattes can be incorporated directly into an edit to divide the frame, build split screens, or combine several shots within a single composition. Their real film-negative origins provide organic analog edges and shapes rather than perfectly clean digital geometry.

WORKFLOW
Import the PNG files into the project, position the matte within the composition, and use its alpha information to organize footage into the corresponding image areas. Mattes can also be resized, repositioned, or combined to build custom layouts.
