ABOUT THIS RESOURCE
Description
Vamify - 8MM FILM OVERLAYS is a collection of 8mm film overlays created from real Kodak film material for quickly adding a Super 8 or vintage-film character to digital footage. Vamify used a Bauer Super 8 camera and Kodak film, then had the material developed and digitized rather than relying only on software-generated film grain.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 18 real film overlays.
• 7 real 8mm film transitions.
• 10 additional Kodak Ektachrome film overlays.
• 20 8mm-related sound effects.
• 11 graphic overlays.
FEATURES
The footage adds grain, physical film texture, transitions, and analog characteristics to an edit. Tutorials for Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro X are included.
COMPATIBILITY
Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, and other editors capable of compositing video layers. These are footage/overlay assets rather than a required plugin.
The collection is suitable for music videos, short films, travel edits, retro content, and projects that need a Super 8 aesthetic without shooting, developing, and scanning film from scratch.
