Highlighter Pro is an animated marker highlighting plugin for DaVinci Resolve from NeoEditFX. It makes text and visual elements stand out with a highlight that draws itself across the screen, making it useful for explainers, documentaries, quotes, educational content, social videos, and edits where specific information needs immediate visual emphasis.

Instead of manually creating masks, building the effect in Fusion, or animating multiple keyframes, editors can drag Highlighter Pro into a project, enter their text, and customize the result directly from the Edit page. The highlight automatically animates while still providing independent control over how it enters and exits.

WORKFLOW

1. Drag Highlighter Pro from the Effects library into the project.
2. Enter or customize the text.

5. Set the timing of the in and out animations.
6. Let the plugin generate the animation without manual keyframes.
